Yes. The fund is still a legal entity (LP/LLC). The token is simply the digital record of ownership, replacing the paper spreadsheet.
Most tokenized funds are still restricted to Accredited Investors (Reg D) or non-US persons (Reg S), but the minimums are much lower.
Unlike traditional funds with 10-year lockups, you can list your tokens on a secondary market ATS (Alternative Trading System) after a 1-year holding period.
You can hold tokens in your own self-custody wallet (Metamask, Ledger) or use a qualified custodian like Coinbase Custody or Anchorage.
